Refund Request Procedure
2.1. In the event that you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at connect@digitalizationmastery.com within 14 days of the service delivery date.
2.2. Your refund request must include the following information:
- a) Your name, email address, and contact details.
- b) Invoice or transaction number related to the service.
- c) A detailed explanation of the issue and the reason for your refund request.
- 2.3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 7 business days to provide further instructions or seek additional information if required.
Refund Processing
3.1. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 14 days of the approval.
3.2. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
- 3.3. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Dispute Resolution
4.1. In case of any disputes regarding refund requests, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to reach a fair and mutually satisfactory resolution.
